More about you – Store Manager Responsible for running day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer-focused, efficient, and cost-effective.
As the leader for the store, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members, and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectivelyMotivating the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staffEnsuring store compliance with health and safety regulationsMonitoring inventory levels and ordering new itemsHiring, training, developing, and overseeing new staffMaintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standardsDrive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, dealing with queries and complaints in a professional mannerThe successful applicants will also have Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsA happy, friendly, and energetic personalityA desire to deliver high-quality customer serviceA current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successfulWould you like to know more?
