You will bring your extensive retail management experience to steer the preparations and manage all aspects of the daily running of the store. You will be strategically minded, lead by example, and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many 'hats' to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers' desires are fulfilled.
We're looking for an experienced leader who will: Demonstrate solid retail operational experience and people management skills Have passion & knowledge for tech & LEGO products and deep interest in all things tech Provide a high standard of customer service Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures Support in the administration of rosters and timecards Be a true brand ambassador & foster a collaborative team environment; encourage a high-performance culture Provide effective training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control, and merchandising Be proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency We seek a motivated individual who supports our customer-centric values, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering a highly satisfying world-class customer experience.
As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as trading hours will fall outside normal business hours.
