We are a luxury brand with new and exciting opportunities and products to showcase to our loyal customers. We currently have two opportunities for experienced Store Managers to join our team in Toorak and Ivanhoe, Melbourne.
About the Role Don't miss this rare opportunity to join our Award-winning company as a Store Manager and experience our luxury French bakery products. We do require our Store Managers to be flexible in location (within reasonable distance of their home location) as we are passionate about having the right person in the right location to meet business needs.
As a Store Manager you will be super hands-on (with your team) leading the team to success. You will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role supported by a passionate and high performing team who are excited to sell our luxury brand.
Your roster will be flexible with rotation across shifts and working at least one day of the weekend to get to know your entire team. Work on some public holidays is also required.
Key Responsibilities As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include working collaboratively with the Retail Operations Team to achieve your store KPI's and the company's objectives. You and your team will drive sales week on week to achieve your budgets, while at the same time providing an exceptional customer experience.
You will split your time between hands-on retail work in store and managerial administrative duties including managing wages, budgets and waste to control costs.
