Key Areas of Responsibility include: Customer - creating exceptional experiences through your interaction with all customers People - training, coaching and motivating and rostering Finances - understanding and helping the team to achieve targets and minimise shrinkage Presentation - love making the Store look shoppable and learn about the art of Visual Merchandising Operations: administrative tasks, stock take, Click + Collect. What you need to succeed: Previous retail experience ideally as an SM or ASM or even a supervisor who is ready to step up and make your mark! The ability, and passion to motivate, inspire and engage team members and customers Experience or desire to work in a high volume stock environment, it is busy but a whole lot of fun!
