About the role:
This client is looking for a Store Manager to manage, lead and deliver on people and financial KPI's whilst delivering a great customer experience through effective leadership and customer connections.
Reporting into the State leadership team, you will be responsible to ensure the teams have what they need to be able to achieve the desired outcomes of the store and business. You will inspire and empower your team to go above and beyond on every occasion.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of sales professionalsDeliver on targets, budgets & KPI's through a hands on approachManage stock, deliveries and integrity of stock takes including overseeing all incoming and outgoing stockBuild and maintain relationships with sales representatives, and other internal and external key stakeholdersManage rosters, leave and recruitment and onboarding of new team membersAbout you: Experience as a Store Manager leading teamsAn understanding of the health and tech industry highly desirable or a strong willingness to learnAble to recruit and engage your team, finding the strongest people in the marketStrong focus on sales and driving strong financial outcomesExcellent communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levelsExposure to training and development as well as performance management when requiredThe perks: A competitive salary of up to $70,000 + Super + regular bonusesClose to public transport and parkingOngoing training and developmentAccess to EAP
