The Role:
As our Store Manager , you'll take ownership of every aspect of our Rockhampton showroom's operations.
From empowering a talented team to delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be the driving force behind our ongoing success.
Here's what you'll do:
Inspire Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Drive Sales Success: Exceed sales targets, lead large-scale project fit-outs, and showcase our proven, quality-tested furniture.
Strategic Planning: Use data insights to set ambitious goals and ensure the showroom stays ahead of the curve.
Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, floor displays, and despatch operations to deliver seamless service.
What We're Looking For:
Leadership Excellence: Mentor and motivate a high-performing team while managing day-to-day operations with expertise.
Sales Savvy: Drive sales performance to new heights, exceed targets, and champion large-scale project fit-outs using Empire's proven quality-tested furniture.
Strategic Thinker: Analyse reports and historical data to set ambitious yet achievable goals, ensuring our branch stays ahead of the curve.
Operational Oversight: Oversee inventory management, from floor displays to reserve stock, and ensure seamless despatch operations to ensure we remain reliable in our service.
Safety Champion: Uphold and enforce top-notch work health and safety practices.
