Known for our unique detailing and distinct features and will take you from work to weekend in distinct style.We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Store Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs Myer Hobart concession store.We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising.
Leading the team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations within your concession store, responsibilities including; Customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
No late nights.The ideal candidate will have:Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;A huge passion for fashion;Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; andLove for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!We can offer:Generous clothing allowance and employee discount;Competitive bonus and incentive scheme; andA dedicated operational sales team with a friendly and encouraging Support Office.If you think you are a perfect match please apply now by attaching your resume and a cover letter telling us about yourself!
