THE OPPORTUNITY This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader to take our Cairns Store to the next level.
You'll have the opportunity to uplift the team & foster an environment where teamwork and collaboration thrive, whilst being a champion of our brand and upholding our core values.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Working closely with the Area Manager and Store Support team, you will play a pivotal role in:
Driving commercial success of your store. Uplifting and maintaining store standards and compliance. Recruiting and developing a team of exceptional individuals, offering growth opportunities, training, and performance feedback. Practicing a safety-first culture for both staff and customers, ensuring all OH&S standards are met and exceeded. ABOUT YOU You're currently a Store Manager, preferably within a larger format retailer. You're a people person, who loves leading and developing high-performing teams. You have a natural way with people and have great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. You're able to adapt your communication and leadership style to different people. You're an empath, who is able to put themselves in customers and team members 'shoes'. You understand reporting, checklists, compliance, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
