Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)
This is a full-time Store Manager role with Jabiru Service Station, based in Jabiru, a community 2.5 hours from Darwin in the beautiful Kakadu National Park.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service station, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient inventory management, and the overall profitability of the business.
What You'll Be Doing Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, merchandising, and financial performance.Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, control costs, and maximize profitability.Ensure excellent customer service by leading and motivating the store team.Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to optimize product availability and minimize waste.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Provide regular reporting and analysis to the company leadership team.What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Store Manager or Retail Manager, with experience in the fuel industry or a remote environment preferable.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.Financial acumen and experience in inventory management and cost control.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.What We Offer We offer a competitive salary for this position, commensurate with the skills and experience of the candidate.
