Exciting Opportunity: Single & Management Couples Wanted! We're seeking passionate single & management couples to join our dynamic team in one of our remote locations. This is not just a job—it's an adventure! You'll have the chance to work side by side, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with community while exploring some of Australia's most isolated locations.

Supermarket Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment.Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams.Operational Knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls.Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.Working Rights:Mustprove unrestricted working rights within Australia.Why Outback Stores?
