The role entails:Providing front of house support to Retail Partners by managing daily operations of the store and embedding company valuesImplementing roster changes and driving sales through KPIsCoaching and developing the retail team in delivering exceptional customer serviceAssisting the retail team with customer service, pre-testing and dispensingSupporting the Retail Director in complaint resolutionMaintaining store presentation standards and stock managementSkills and ExperiencePositivity creates possibility!
As a Store Manager, you will lead & inspire by exhibiting the following:Management Skills: Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with proven ability to multitask between operational responsibilities whilst simultaneously developing a teamPractical Abilities: Evaluating and implementing new measures in enhancing store performance.
