The Store Manager reports to the District/Regional Manager, and focusses on:
Creating a safe and secure working environmentAchieving Store Sales TargetsManaging both Store & Team Member KPIsProviding Talent Management & Development to all Team MembersLeading by ExampleComplying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Procedures & InstructionsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have:
