Store Manager / Events Manager

Grind & Press Café at the Adelaide University has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager / Events Manager.The role is Monday to Friday (No nights or weekends) 35+ hours.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the following:Managing and supporting a team of 8+ staffCoordinating Events of 200+ peopleBudget managementStock control & orderingRostering, timesheets & keeping to percentagesBasic computer skills for emailing, using Excel & XeroThe right candidate will need to show amazing organisation skills, work ethic, being a team player, problem solver and the ability to work under pressure.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an events manager?Do you have customer service experience?
