Empower your team through inspiring communication and leadership. Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive your team to achieve budgets and KPIs. Build a culture that is centred around understanding your community, utilising customer feedback as a pillar in your decision making. Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement around team development, business initiatives, and customer experience.
