Job Description An experienced people manager, you will provide inspirational leadership and drive positive engagement to create a culture of high performance for our amazing people. You will develop, coach and mentor your team to deliver delightful customer experiences with every walk in. Key responsibilities: Develop a harmonised team culture, motivate talent, and ensure a safe workspace where all team members shine and are respected. Lead your team to customer service targets, fostering performance and compliance Effective implementation of our customer sales model and guidelines on Doing Good Business Responsibly.
