We are on the lookout for an amazing Retail Store Manager to take our Canberra Centre, Performance store to the next level! adidas' commitment to our people is integral to the success of our retail team. We're looking for an experienced retail leader who maintains high standards of themselves and their staff. Retail Leaders are expected to lead from the front, inspire success in all areas of people management and store management. A Store Manager's responsibilities include: Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI's, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience. Taking full ownership of the store and its commercial success. Analyzing relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo. Addressing identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed. Driving continuous improvements in the store's sales, productivity and profitability. Leading service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor. Working with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder. Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance. Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment. The successful candidate: The Store Manager we progress with will have a strong retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the following will be highly regarded: Retail Store Manager experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear would be desirable but not essential. You have experience as a leader in coaching and mentoring your team to succeed. What's on offer?
