This is a part time position at 28.5 hours/week.
Responsibilities: Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs. Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes. The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions. Understanding of Stock Management processes and ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team.
