The Role As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining a sales-focused culture within the store.
Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and embedding a sales-focused strategy through coaching, leadership, and development initiatives, actively driving a sales-focused culture.
This involves performance management, active sales floor leadership, recruitment, and employee development to ensure a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers.
You will address complaints and queries effectively, monitor financial performance through profitable sales, inventory management, and expense control, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Upholding our brand image through visual merchandising, in-store marketing, and employee presentation, you will establish governance and management controls, and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, participating in community engagement activities.
