More about you – Store Manager Responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer-focused, efficient, and cost-effective. As the leader for the store, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members, and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and order new items. Hire, train, develop, and oversee new staff. Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards. Drive customer service excellence in every aspect of the store, dealing with queries and complaints in a professional manner. The successful applicants will also have: Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A happy, friendly, and energetic personality. A desire to deliver high-quality customer service.
