What is the role? We're seeking a Store Inventory Specialist to join the Lorna Jane team at our Westpoint store on a secondment. In this role, you'll ensure exceptional customer experiences by managing stock levels, accurately fulfilling orders, and maintaining stock accuracy in store.
What You'll be doing As our Store Inventory Specialist you'll:
Prioritise accurate and timely fulfillment of all OMS (Order Management System) orders to meet customer expectations Ensure prompt handling and processing of online orders to meet and exceed customer delivery timelines Support Active Stylists by helping locate and retrieve items to fulfill in-store customer requests Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and proactively address any discrepancies Maintain on-hand stock accuracy to reduce shrinkage and improve customer satisfaction through product availability. Follow inventory management processes to keep the stock room and sales floor organized and efficient Share insights and suggest improvements to inventory processes to support a more seamless customer experience. Participate in training to stay informed on best practices and updates to store processes. Work closely with store team members to maintain high standards of service and store presentation. Assist with cross-departmental tasks as required, including supporting Active Stylists during peak times. Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who has:
