About the Role: Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting and new role available for a Store Designer / Documenter to join our growing Store Development Team. Reporting to the Senior Store Designer, your responsibilities will include the documentation on a range of exciting retail projects. You will work in a creative and fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic store development team delivering stores for some of the best retail brands in the world.
Your key responsibilities will include: Produce plans and documentation for construction Produce Architectural drawings to industry standards Assist in the coordination of consultant work into documentation Ensure that design intent is maintained and coordinated accordingly for all brands Manage deadlines and keep on top of project milestones Prepare sketches, diagrams, illustrations, and plans to communicate design concepts Negotiate design solutions with clients, management, suppliers, and construction staff Select, specify, and recommend functional and aesthetic materials, furniture, and products for interiors Manage Revit content including BIM creation and upkeep of families To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following: Degree in interior design, architecture, building design, or similar Demonstrated 3-5 years' experience using Revit Architecture Experience in preparing plans and related documentation for construction, including sufficient details for obtaining building permits Knowledge of Australian & New Zealand standards Previous experience in the Retail industry preferable but not essential Excellent attention to detail including accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality Must be organized with strong time management skills Strong ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities Dynamic and adaptable work ethic Be dependable, follow instructions, respond to management direction Strong experience with Microsoft suite programs Affiliation with Accent Group Core values and "Make It Happen" attitude At Accent Group Limited, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
