About the roleAn outstanding opportunity has emerged for an engaging, people-focused Store Manager to join Officeworks at our Brisbane stores. The successful applicant will have an impressive track record of achievement in retail management and demonstrate a collaborative style to help drive a fun, positive, and safe culture in-store.
As a Store Business Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. You will develop a strong understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set your team up for success, including training in safety and leading in workplace health and safety.
You will effectively manage the operation of your store to deliver outstanding results, maximizing sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.
About youTo succeed in this role, you will bring:
