See how at www.cognizant.com or @cognizant.The Role:Cognizant is seeking a L2 Storage Administrator who can set up, configure and manage storage systems.In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:Set up and manage storage systems.Track storage usage and plan for capacity upgrades and expansions.Optimize Performance: Tune and configure storage systems to improve.Implement and oversee backup solutions and data recovery processes.Apply security measures to protect data from unauthorized access and breaches.Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related performance and hardware issues.Oversee Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration projects with minimal disruption.Provide level two SAN, NAS configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed.Maintain Documentation: Document storage configurations, procedures, and policies.Monitor, escalate, and remediate NAS & SAN device/application alerts to identify potential incidents.Support storage requirements for applications, servers, and virtual environments.Develop and test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.You'll receive an excellent salary and benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
