Position : Stonemason / Benchtop Installer

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary : $38-$43 plus Super, OT and monthly RDO's
Main Duties
Fabrication and installation of Benchtops for residential and commercial projects Cutting, shaping and polishing stone with different types of machinery and hand tools Measuring, glueing and manufacturing custom stone products Working on custom-designed kitchens and other stone projects Operating in all aspects of the production process Collaborate with clients, contractors and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results. Utilise specialised tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete benchtop installations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines throughout the installation process to maintain a safe work environment.
ESSENTIAL:
A stonemasonry trade qualification or proven experience within the industry Strong attention to detail Installation experience on commercial & residential sites Ability to read plans and measurements Experience operating CNC bridge saws, water jet cutting machines & other machinery is highly desirable Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and drawings
