We're looking for a Collection Strategy Analyst to join our team, a strategic thinker and data enthusiast who can analyse performance trends, optimise strategies, and ensure we deliver exceptional results while staying aligned with our customer-first approach.
The Role As a Collection Strategy Analyst , you will:
Analyse and Strategise: Leverage SQL and Power BI to analyse data, identify opportunities, and implement actionable collection strategies. Optimise Collections: Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer outcomes, and maximise portfolio performance. Manage Program Enhancements: Organise and prioritise enhancements in an agile fashion, delivering solutions through a structured backlog. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to provide data-driven insights, performance updates, and recommendations. Deliver CRM Enhancements: Implement strategic improvements directly in the CRM using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate. Create Reporting Dashboards: Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards to track and visualise performance trends, ensuring stakeholders have access to key insights. Foster Innovation: Continuously explore and adopt new technical solutions to optimise collections operations and enhance the customer experience. Skills & Qualifications SQL Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL coding for data analysis and solution development. Power BI Expertise: Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards to visualise data insights. Technical Mindset: Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and implementing them effectively. Program and Project Management: Experience managing enhancements in an agile, backlog-driven environment with multiple priorities. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Proficiency in PowerApps and Power Automate to implement and enhance CRM processes. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect data insights to actionable strategies and business improvements. Effective Communication: Capable of presenting technical insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Experience Background in collections, financial services, or CRM systems. Knowledge of automation frameworks, customer segmentation, or AI-powered tools.
