Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Back of House Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of their stock room, ensuring impeccable inventory control, and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Organize and maintain the stock room to ensure efficient storage and accessibility of inventory.Implement best practices for stock rotation, space utilization, and product handling.Proficient in Excel to manage and analyze inventory data effectively.Generate regular reports on stock levels, movement, and forecasting to support decision-making.Lead and mentor the back of house team to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile any discrepancies in a timely manner.Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods.Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline delivery processes and resolve any issues or delays.Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Excel and other inventory management software.Demonstrated experience in stock room management, stock take procedures, and delivery management.Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Effective communication and leadership skills.Benefits:$68,000 + Super and performance-based bonuses.Monday - Friday RosterOpportunity to work with a renowned international luxury interiors brand.Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
