Our Marsden Park team is growing! We're looking for a Stock Lead to manage our stock operations in our high energy, fast paced store!
So, what goes in to making that happen? Performing replenishing of floor stock, ensuring size offering is presented on the retail floorMaintaining the store room (both footwear and apparel) so that the product is ordered and easy to refillAnalyse stock levels and stock reports to provide insights and solutions to stock related pain-pointsLeading and developing a small team of Stock CoordinatorsConducting weekly Stock On Hand spot checks on top selling productCoordinating the ordering of popular stock to ensure the store does not exhaust stock of high turnover productMaintaining a log/file of information for all deliveries (consignment notes, pallets, number of cartons, name of driver, pictures of delivery, pictures of errors)Managing receipting issues with the merchandising manager in Head Office regarding missing stock, short deliveries from Star Track, wrong product in boxes, mislabeled product, mismatches from returned stock and transfers from other storesProcessing of faulty/damaged/misfit product on a monthly basisMaintaining pricing on retail floor in accordance with Head Office pricing.Preparing ad-hoc reports with the guidance from the Store ManagerCompleting and participating in stock-takeAssisting stock takes at other stores on a needed basisPlanning with the management team about seasonal trends so that they can plan and develop strategy on the additional stockThat's enough about us!
