You'll oversee the entire process, from vehicle ordering and delivery to maintaining accurate stock records.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of all new and pre-owned vehicle stock.Vehicle Ordering: Coordinate with manufacturers to place and track orders.Compliance: Ensure all stock movements are accurately documented and comply with company policies.Preparation: Coordinate vehicle inspections, detailing, and readiness for sale or delivery.Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports for management.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to meet customer expectations.About YouStrong organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in stock or inventory management (automotive industry experience is highly regarded).Proficiency in computer systems, including management software (experience with Revolution/TUNE is a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.At Peninsula Toyota, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and a premium automotive experience to our customers.
