A job to be proud of: We are currently seeking an experienced Client Relations Officer to work in our Training & Equipment Team in the Central Region based in our Kalgoorlie Office on a permanent part-time basis working a total of 22.5 hours per week. You will be tasked to foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, focusing on end-to-end support of training and equipment services across the region.
This opportunity will suit an individual who has demonstrated experience in maintaining customer relationships and has a commitment to excellent customer service. As part of this role, you will need to be a self-starter and have excellent customer service skills to be successful.
What you'll do: Meet financial targets through the coordination of private first aid training classes and onsite first aid kit servicing. Provide service quotations to clients accurately and in a timely manner. Provide advice and recommendations on the most suitable service selections that align with their requirements. Engage with existing clients to provide additional information on other available offerings. Facilitate onboarding of new clients. Maintain communication with clients gathering feedback and identifying areas for continuous improvement. Stay informed of market trends to anticipate customer needs. What you'll need: Background in corporate, health, training or commercial based sectors. Knowledge of systems, tools and processes within the ambit of this position. Good problem-solving and organisational skills. High attention to detail. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques to address client concerns. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Flexibility to navigate changing priorities. Dedication to ensuring client satisfaction. Two years of experience required in a similar role, such as Customer Support Officer, Client Engagement Officer or Customer Relations Officer. Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable. What's in it for you?
