St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc. (St John NT) is the Territory's leading provider in emergency medical response and preparedness.

We do this by providing a range of services from ambulance services under contract to the Northern Territory Government, coordination of emergency medical responses, event health services and first aid assistance at community and major events through to nationally accredited first aid training, community education and first aid products and equipment.
We are looking for an Administration Support Officer with attention to detail and a can-do attitude to join our team.
You will welcome customers to our Winnellie workshop and assist them with general servicing enquiries.
Reporting to the Vehicle Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn all areas of the business and expand your administration skills whilst playing a vital role in the day to day running and general coordination of the office where you will be welcomed as part of a dedicated, dynamic and supportive team.

The successful applicant must have:
Previous administration experience.
An understanding of the vehicle servicing industry.
A high level of customer service.
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
