About the Human Resources Team
The STIHL Human Resources Team is a highly proactive value adding Department which forms part of the STIHL Global HR Function.
The HR Department is responsible for strategic and generalist operational HR activities, that ensure workforce alignment with the strategic plan and organizational culture, creating effective and lasting solutions and best practices to better attract, develop, motivate, and retain the most valuable asset–it's people.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced small and efficient team who thrive on having fun whilst working.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of HR, Organizational Strategy and Design to support training and event coordination, the implementation of Global and Local HR policies, procedures, reporting and projects.
Your role will work effectively with cross-functional teams to support and contribute to achieving the company's people vision and strategies.
HR Coordinator role key objectives
To provide high-level administrative and reporting support with integrity and discretion including team expenses and accounts payable reconciliation.
Ensure high quality administration systems are in place to support the departmental priorities.
Provide project and administration support to the Head of HR, Organizational Strategy and Design.
Maintain accurate employee, training and events records whilst coordinating activities as required.
Coordinate HR Events, Onboarding and Induction activities.
Essential Experience
Diploma level or certificate qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar.
Proven experience in HR Projects and Administration across the employee lifecycle.
Solid technical SAP / Success Factors experience (preferred but not essential).
Excellent written and verbal comprehension and communication skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting abilities.
This role is being offered on either 3 or 4 day per week part time on a 7-month maximum term contract.
