The Role You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. To ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils.
Day to Day Perform general cleaning duties and tasks related to cleaning and storage of equipment as directed ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.Clean and store operating equipment.Clean and maintain areas according to guidelines.Exercise great care in use of operating equipment.Report any problems to the manager on duty.Work according to posted roster.To have a complete understanding of operations relating to stewarding.QualificationsWhat we are looking for? MUST have an unrestricted working Visa for AustraliaThe flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays.Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene and 1 year work experience in a similar role would be highly desirable.Culture We believe hospitality isn't just a business, it's a calling!
