As a Stewarding team member you will be responsible for maintaining the entire Food & Beverage spaces including the many kitchens, bars and restaurants. This position is a physically demanding role with tight time constraints and a high level of attention to detail but very rewarding with a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day!
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will ensure the highest levels of health and hygiene are maintained across our Food & Beverage outlets at The Star Sydney.
A few of your responsibilities: Working closely with the Culinary team to ensure all restaurant equipment is cleaned and restocked ready for every serviceEnsuring cleaning checklists are completed and hygiene standards are maintainedMaintain overall cleanliness and organisation of Food and Beverage venuesWhat are we looking for: Flexible availability across a 7-day rosterPrevious experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labour (highly desired)Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitudeAbility to work both solo and as part of a large teamKnowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods (desired but not essential)About you: With your exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills, you will take pride in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your ability to work collaboratively with a large and diverse team will set our Food and Beverage team up for success.
