Key Responsibilities: Managing and building relationships with our clients Understanding and implementing financial advice presented to our client bank Working with global peers to achieve timely client results Preparing and processing client documentation Working closely with other departments to achieve sound client outcomes Providing accurate and detailed client communication Completing contact logging and record keeping of daily activities Updating and maintaining the client databases Undertaking a variety of research and projects Being part of the continued success of the global client services team Mail sorting and scanning Greeting clients and business partners Answering phone calls from clients and business partners Requirements: Previous administrative experience is preferred. This role is ideal for individuals looking to make a transition into financial services. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
