It's a flowing semi-outdoor space that can hold up to about 400 people and is a popular night time spot with large screens for sport and local DJs.
The role
As the ideal candidate, you will have a hands-on approach and a background that is both accomplished and focused, preferably with a strong F&B culture.
This venue has an affluent clientele and, although feeling casual, offers a stylish product and professional service.
Your background will include a stable history in all areas of management, with a focus on customer service and beverages.
We seek an individual who is accomplished in very busy, high-volume environments and composed in pressure situations.
You'll also be someone who has a passion for the industry, full of ideas, who can understand the area and clientele, maximizing the offering to fulfill its potential.

The salary offered is above market for the area, up to 110K for the right skill set and experience.
