About the Role: Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will be an integral team member of the Steel Fabrication Workshop (Mild and or Stainless).
We offer a standard 38-hour week plus opportunity for overtime if required.
We have great lifestyle hours, Monday to Thursday: Start 7.00am, finish 3.30pm, on Friday start 7.00am and finish at 1.00pm.
You will be surrounded by a supportive and friendly team, everyone pulling together to achieve a common goal.

Duties include: Fabrication tasks as assigned, completed to drawings and specification.
Quality inspections on each job pertinent to specification and QA requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times and ensure all duties are carried out in a safe and orderly manner.
All tooling, PPE and applicable clothing is provided.
Follow all relevant Quality Assurance and Work Instructions according to Company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001) Assist in continuous improvement via the Opportunity For Improvement process.
Skillset Requirements : Sound understanding, and interpretation of welding/fabrication processes to deliver as per Australian standards.
Ability to manage workloads effectively and adhere to timeframes.
Confident professional manner- self driven and enthusiastic.
Self-motivated, reliable, and hard working with good work ethics Safety knowledge and awareness.
Remuneration negotiable depending on experience and suitability, with training and development opportunities within a supportive environment which rewards and recognises excellent work.
