We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude with good communication skills that can maintain consistent high levels of customer satisfaction.
Primary Accountabilities: Generating and populating Assessment & Completion Reports following job attendance Submitting reports, invoices and relevant documents to Insurance Companies and Builders Generate time, materials and labour in preparation for invoicing following job completion Work to deadlines to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met (KPI's) Answering phones and responding to email enquiries Assist with general Admin duties where required, including data entry, database and file management Provide administration support to customers, crew and all other relevant stakeholders Liaise with customers including Insurance Companies and Builders for authorities, and key information on all allocations Communicate relevant information between Insurance Companies/Builders, Office Staff and attending Technicians Generate, review and format detailed contents inventory reports Other relevant tasks and duties as required Key skills and attributes: Demonstrate intermediary competence in Microsoft Office suites Ability to work unsupervised and independently with the ability to complete tasks and meet set deadlines Possess a positive 'can-do' attitude to your work and being a team player How do your skills match this job?
