This is a 3-month temporary role, with the potential for extension, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful location.
The position provides a hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office, allowing for flexibility and a positive work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process planning applications in accordance with statutory requirements Provide clear and timely advice to stakeholders Ensure compliance with planning regulations and local policies About You: You will have a strong understanding of statutory planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workloads efficiently.
Experience working within local councils or similar environments will be highly regarded.
