Job Description We are looking for a dedicated station operations officer to join our team in Brunette Downs. In this role, you play a pivotal part in running the station compound and overseeing the Cook, Gardener, Domestic and Office administrators. You will be accountable for the operational outcomes of the business unit that fall within your role, as well as nurturing the culture and people on site.
Key Responsibilities: Collaboration with the finance department to ensure efficient management of payment and invoice processing while adhering to budgetary guidelines. Ensure that the presentation of the homestead and its surroundings consistently meets high standards. Take charge of addressing administrative requirements essential for smooth station operations. Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to guests, visitors, and training groups. Lead the team in streamlining the onboarding process for new members, coordinating training sessions, and managing personnel records, including payroll responsibilities. Prioritise health, safety, and first aid protocols as critical areas of focus. Work alongside internal stakeholders with the logistics of guests arriving to the station including aircraft management. Desired Skills and Experience Required Skills & Experience: Certificate IV in Business Administration. Previous experience in a similar role. High-level organisational and task management skills. Possess prior experience leading teams and exhibit an approachable demeanour. Strong computer and communication skills. Thrive on continuous learning and growth opportunities!
