Brickhouse Aggregation Brickhouse aggregation, comprising of Brickhouse, Ella Vella & Yabalgo Stations is an area of 387,782ha located on the outskirts of Carnarvon. Brickhouse is utilised as a backgrounding property, contributing to the Harvest Road vertically integrated beef supply chain. The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Station Manager (or management couple) to run Brickhouse Station . Reporting to the Northern Agribusiness General Manager you will be passionate about animal welfare and will be motivated to develop a culture of health and safety ensuring that you always lead by example. The Brickhouse Manager is responsible for management of the aggregation, livestock and people in line with the business objectives. Within this role, You will be leading, motivating and developing a high performing team of people to effectively carry out all aspects of livestock and station operations, using sustainable practices and methods in relation to the herd, people and the land systems. Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in management and leadership in Australia's Northern Pastoral industry. Ability to lead and organise staff with a focus on health, safety and wellbeing. Have strong focus towards animal welfare. Ability to develop annual budgets and plans. Willing to develop and maintain a strong horse culture. Motivated to enhance business productivity and performance using stockmanship, technology and innovative ideas. Willing to be involved in the local community. Strong record keeping and communication skills. Open-minded to new technologies and operating methods. Good interpersonal skills, with ability to occasionally host business guests.
