About our Team: As the Station Assistant you will join a team of six to provide exceptional customer service and general cleaning duties at the Gladstone Train Station.
Some of the duties will include: • Providing exceptional customer service including handling of and checking in customer luggage • Operating station machinery and equipment • General cleaning and maintenance duties of the station and bathroom facilities • Reporting any safety concerns to the Operation Coordinator For full position responsibilities please read this Position Description.
Roles / Hours: This is a permanent part-time role which offers approximately 20 hours per week.
The roster will consist of a variety of start and finish times (day and overnight shifts) as well as weekends and public holidays, so flexibility is required in this position.
