We are currently seeking a talented and committed State Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our VM team in South Australia and Tasmania.

Our brand is distinguished by its distinctive store design, meticulous merchandising and unique VM concepts. The position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is thoroughly and consistently applied across our Concept stores and Concession pads across the state.

A competitive base salary plus super, bonuses and incentives50% off our new season product range!$2,000 YEARLY CLOTHING ALLOWANCEYearly Car AllowanceTools of the trade i.e., laptop and phoneSupportive team culture and environmentOpportunity to work for an iconic Australian retailerEmployee Referral Program – be rewarded for referring great new people to our teamTHE ROLE: Managing the SA/TAS instore Visual Merchandising teamsMaintaining VM standards and store presentation standardsDevelop training initiatives to develop VM skills at store levelAssist with new store manager training sessions on VM standardsOverseeing the installation of instore VM conceptsApplying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM GuidelinesIn conjunction with the State Retail Manager and Store Managers, identifying and actioning VM opportunities to increase salesWorking with State/Area/Cluster Managers, and In-store Visual Merchandisers to set standards, provide feedback and support store staff in a professional and personable wayAssist with new Store Manager training sessions on VM standardsDevelop training initiatives to develop VM skills at store level.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: A tertiary or equivalent qualification in Visual Merchandising (desired)A minimum of 3 years Visual Merchandising experience (with fashion apparel experience as an advantage)Strong commercial acumenPossess good time management, organisational and communication skillsStrong written and verbal communicationA passion to help drive the business forward will be essential.Possess people leadership skills and work well as a part of a teamCreate and strong eye for detailTo be considered for this Adelaide-based position, you are required to hold a current Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle.
