We are seeking a talented and experienced State Visual Merchandiser to oversee the visual merchandising direction for our VIC, TAS, and SA stores. This role is vital to ensuring our stores reflect our brand values, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales through impactful merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Visual Display Standards Execute impactful window displays that align with the brand's national direction.Ensure all stores meet visual merchandising standards, with mannequins, displays, and layouts reflecting current trends.Coach and mentor Store Managers to uphold merchandising standards between visits.Maintain immaculate presentation of mannequins, fixtures, and promotional materials.Assist stores on signage and collateral to maintain brand standards.Merchandise Presentation & Store Layout Guide Store Managers on weekly product rotations and effective layouts to optimize sales.Strategically position key styles, highlight products, and promotional materials to create a cohesive visual narrative.Partner with Store Managers to ensure compliance with national guidelines for displays, walls, shelving, and stock consolidation.Share photos and exchange best practices with other states to drive consistency and creativity in visual merchandising.Leadership & Team Development Provide clear direction and coaching to Store Managers and their teams, empowering them to implement visual merchandising strategies independently.Build the visual merchandising skills of store teams through hands-on training and development.Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration within your region.Regional Management Effectively oversee and manage visual merchandising across multiple states, balancing in-store visits with remote oversight.Leverage strategic planning to prioritize stores based on turnover and changing business needs.Use virtual tools and communication to provide consistent support across all locations.Collaborate with area managers and state managers to deliver strategic business goals.Store Planning & Maintenance Proactively identify and address any store fixture or display maintenance needs.Ensure stores have the necessary equipment and promotional materials to maintain high standards.The Ideal Candidate:At least 4+ years prior merchandising experienceA background in fashion and apparel merchandising is essentialAn understanding of premium or boutique visual planningLove for fashion and a creative flareA strong interest in styling and outfit buildingFashion or design qualifications an advantageValid drivers licenseA passion for Cue and Veronika Maine and an understanding of our loyal clienteleYour application will include the following questions:
