Let's talk about the role You will: · Build the Heart Foundation's profile and reputation in the Northern Territory with relevant stakeholders. · In collaboration with our highly skilled and passionate teams, facilitate thedevelopment andimplementationof integratedadvocacyplans and develop policy submissions todeliver on theagreed nationwide objectives to achieve theHeart Foundation's strategy. · Collaborate with fundraising teams, engage with corporates, high value donors,bequestorsand donors to build keynetworks inthe region, by attending key meetingsand eventsand facilitatingrevenue raisingopportunities for the Heart Foundation. · Engage, liaise with,seek,andact onadvicefromthe Advisory Board, to ensure effective implementation of Heart Foundation'sstrategy and local initiatives. Let's talk about you To be successful in this role you will have: · Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as medicine, public health,and/or relevant experience. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Highly developed leadership and experience in cross collaboration with others. · Experienceworking inpublic health, the clinicalsector,and/or advocacy. · Ability to work effectively with AdvisoryBoards andCommittees,honorariesand volunteers.  · Energy, enthusiasm,commitment,and the ability to earn therespect and trust of colleaguesand stakeholders. · Understanding of cardiovascular health issues, including an appreciation of the social,economic,and political factors, which play a part in producing health inequalities.
