In this key role, you will be responsible for the operation and management of multiple channels to market, including company owned stores, managers and depots, along with servicing several trades facing SBUs.
A collaborative manager, you will provide influential guidance to both direct and indirect reports and extend a culture of ownership, success, and excellence. You will oversee 5 direct reports and work closely with State Sales Managers to deliver the Queensland sales result. You will navigate the Trade Stores Strategy for Queensland in one of the biggest impacting roles with the business. You will ensure that the entire network is structured to deliver maximum result and best in class for our customer base as well as identify which store-model is best employed in each catchment taking into consideration future growth opportunities.

Responsibilities Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to effectively guide and influence themMeet and exceed network contribution targets for the stateEnsure the smooth and efficient operation of company-owned stores in the networkImplement and oversee the systematic execution of National Stores Program(s) in the stateTake ownership or manage local activities tailored to the network and prioritize high service levels to enhance relationships with core customersSkills & Experience Experience in managing retail outlets and/or franchise networks would be favorable.Demonstrated experience in sales or management rolesTrade-facing industry experience is preferableCritical-thinking and commercial mindsetEffective guidance and coaching/mentoring skillWhy DuluxGroup?
