THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join our Coorparoo office as the State Service Sales Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory. In this role, you will lead and coordinate service sales activities, focusing on selling maintenance, refurbishments, repairs, and corrective services for specialized equipment.
Your role will be crucial in driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our service functions. You'll also play a key role in preparing quotations, managing service contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet revenue and profit targets. Conduct client and site visits to generate leads, close sales, and manage ongoing service contracts. Oversee the scheduling of service tasks, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up. Maintain accurate service data using Salesforce and other relevant sales tools. Efficiently manage parts and consumable stocks, ensuring timely service delivery. Provide monthly sales forecast reports and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Actively resolve customer inquiries and escalate any service issues when necessary. Your Skills: Sales-driven: A proven track record in service sales or a related field, with the ability to generate and close deals. Technically minded with an understanding of mechanical systems (experience with moving parts and moveable walls is a plus). Strong computing skills and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload efficiently.
