About the role
Applications are now being invited for the position of State Service Delivery Manager in our Brisbane Office.
Reporting to the State Manager, the State Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, consistent product reliability and provide strong team leadership. The State Service Delivery Manager manages the ongoing service relationship with Konica Minolta Customers, and leads, develops and manages a highly skilled service delivery workforce.
Oversee the presentation of service to customers while making sure the service levels are met, effective and profitable. Oversee the workshop and service delivery process Manages and develops the service delivery team with regular and systematic meetings and reviews, in line with organisational objectives (Performance for Growth). Oversee the Queensland Dealer service network Lead the service delivery team's focus on innovation and continual improvement. Engage key customers ensuring all contracted service deliverables are met, this includes regular customer facing meetings and being a single point of contact for service delivery exceptions. Manage the State P&L costs relating to the Service Delivery team. Support sales teams with creation and presentation of quarterly reviews for allocated accounts within the team area. Assist with implementations and provision of services, in conjunction with the Project Management Office and Professional Services teams. Promote new revenue streams. Communicate the company vision and service. Strong people management, numeracy, communication, presentation skills and a proactive approach are essential attributes for this role. The ability to work collaboratively with internal branch and head office stakeholders, as well as a proactive approach to networking within the Queensland Business and Government community, will be critical aspects of this role.
