The Role A new role has been created for an experienced and relationship-focused Senior Sales or Business Development Manager to drive business for our Power Systems team in Western Australia.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will use your previous experience in DC Power Systems, Battery and/or power generation to implement, monitor and performance manage all Power Systems Sales activities and strategies across allocated customers and prospects, in order to deliver market share and revenue growth in alignment with strategic targets and to effectively manage continuous improvement and health and safety.
This position is a vital role within our esteemed Power Systems Division and will be responsible for maintaining crucial ongoing relationships as well as developing new business and sales opportunities within this multi-million-dollar battery and power systems sector.
This role will be based out of our Forrestfield Branch. You will need to be able to travel throughout WA regularly, as well as occasional interstate travel. You will be backed by a team of industry-leading technical experts ensuring you will always have the most detailed product information and can tailor complex solutions for our customers.
About You Previous experience in a similar role in the DC Power Systems, Battery, Power Generation or Telecommunication industry5+ years' experience in Sales or Business DevelopmentTechnical experience and previous management experience in a similar rolePrior experience working with projects in excess of $1,000,000 in valueProven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and time management skills (Including Computer and digital communication skills)Engineering qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
