THE COMPANY: This trusted swimming pool building supplies company has a hugely successful history spanning over 20 years in the industry, with multiple locations throughout Australia and beyond. Their extensive premium range is showcased in their multi-award-winning stunning showroom locations. THE ROLE: Reporting to the National Sales Manager, lead an experienced team of 4 Sales Representatives across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, in addition to the warehouse team and 5 sales and marketing support staff.
DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee daily operations in Dandenong, managing a diverse sales team.Lead, mentor, and motivate team members for optimal performance.Regular road visits to see team and customer - 3 days a week.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.Develop and execute growth and market share strategies.Build strong relationships with pool builders, tilers, and landscapers.Establish efficient sales channels through regular communication.Create and lead customer service strategies for high satisfaction.Maintain accurate documentation of sales and service activities.Hire and train new staff, ensuring industry knowledge.Seek continuous improvement and participate in industry events.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Our highly regarded national client is looking for an experienced State or Multi-state sales leader with experience in… swimming pool building supplies, pool accessories, pool fit-outs, pool tiling, paving, stone, landscaping, outdoor building supplies, pool builds and outdoor trades products. MUST HAVE
4+ years minimum state, multi-state or national leadership experienceExperience in the above-mentioned industries or similarly aligned industriesHistory of coaching, development and mentorshipA track record of developing business with commercial customers, wholesalers and end usersWorked towards sales targets with successful outcomesSTRONGLY PREFERRED
Ability to work with showroom and field teamsKnowledge of the swimming pool building industryNetworks with key customers and wholesalerWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
