About the Role: As the State Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across Perth. Your mission? To develop and implement strategic business plans, forge new client relationships, and take our success to new heights.
Core Sales Responsibilities: Have a single-minded focus on Business Development, maintaining quality relationships & ensuring client's expectations are always being exceeded. Work independently and in collaboration with branch staff to achieve sales in key target sectors. Proactively initiate new client partnerships with targeted accounts. Promote client development and build relationships with prospective clients through site visits, presentations and negotiations. Utilise strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover potential new clients. Lead, present and deliver sales initiatives for the State. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly goal expectations. Identify opportunities through research, referrals, networking and cold calling. Key Selection Criteria: A strong work ethic, sense of commitment and focused on your career growth. Exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment. Able to work and add value in a very fast paced and dynamic environment. Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity.
